Job summary

Starting pay is $22.85 per hour with raises to $23.87–$28.95 after training; $500 sign-on bonuses after 30 days and after 6 months. Overtime and weekend coverage are required as needed, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Pay Rate

Starting at $22.85 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.

Sign On Bonus

$500 after 30 days

$500 after 6 months

Category/Shift

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

You will begin on 1 st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.

• 3 rd Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Sunday Night start up is 10:00 PM for the corrugator department
• Overtime and Saturdays as needed
