Job summary

International Paper in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Associate for a full-time, on-site role. The position trains on 1st shift and may require coverage on all three shifts with overtime.

• Reading factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
• Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
• Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Position Title

JOB DESCRIPTION 2nd Shift Production Associate – Full-Time

Pay Rate

Starting at $22.85 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.

Sign On Bonus

$500 after 30 days

$500 after 6 months

Category/Shift

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

You will begin on 1 st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.

• 2 nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Overtime and Saturdays as needed
