Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Experience with hand soldering, testing, inspection, or packaging processes.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working in a quality-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform routine assembly operations including hand soldering, component assembly, coatings, solvents, adhesives, and potting.
• Operate production equipment and set up workstations per procedures.
• Conduct testing, calibration, inspection, OBQ, and packaging for finished products.
• Meet productivity, quality, and production goals.
• Maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Stay current on work instructions and required training.
• Suggest improvements and participate in process reviews.
• Safely operate tools/equipment and report damaged or missing items.
• Identify non-conforming materials and follow escalation procedures.
• Verify product quality using inspection methods and SPC techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S).
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
