Job summary

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, legal work authorization in the United States, and preferred experience in assembly or related work. The starting pay is $20.89 to $23.00 per hour for 1st shift, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided.
• Previous assembler experience or related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Perform routine assembly tasks including hand soldering and standard operations.
• Operate equipment, make repairs on standard assemblies, apply coatings and potting compounds.
• Accountable for routine testing/inspection and packaging of finished product.
• Maintain workspace organization and follow Lean Principles.
