Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is seeking a process technician for a 3rd shift (11:00 pm to 7:10 am) in South Carolina.

Set up and optimize injection molding machines, establish stable processes that meet quality and productivity targets, troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions, and support mold changeovers and startups. You will reduce scrap, improve cycle times, monitor machine performance, adjust parameters, and train operators on processing techniques and

• Establish stable processes meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and implement corrective actions.
• Support mold changeovers, startups, and process validation.
• Reduce scrap and improve cycle times continuously.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed.
• Train operators on processing techniques and troubleshooting methods.
• Maintain off-shift staffing, performance standards, and discipline.

Salary: $30-31/hour (+$1.50 Shift Differential)
