Job summary

Taylor Corporation, a leading graphics communications firm, is seeking a Press / Print Operating Technician for its North Mankato, Minnesota facility. The role supports the 3rd shift (5pm–5am) with every other Saturday as needed and focuses on setting up, running, and monitoring multi-color web press operations.

You must be authorized to work in the United States. DailyPay is available and a $3,000 new hire incentive is offered to attract skilled operators.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Basic math skills to read ruler and calculate label dimensions.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow work orders.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Adherence to safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Follow job orders with accuracy and precision.
• Identify and correct errors or problems.
• Set up/adjust presses for job runs to meet specs.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance.
• Maintain logs and paperwork.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping during shifts.
