Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Press/Print Operating Technician for its North Mankato, MN facility. The role involves setting up and operating multi-color printing equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining production logs in a fast-paced environment.

The shift is 3rd shift (Wed–Fri with every other Sun), 5pm–5am. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting, following complex job orders, and working safely with inks and solvents. DailyPay is available and new hire incentive offered.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Basic math skills to read rulers and calculate dimensions.
• Ability to operate press equipment to meet production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed job orders with accuracy.
• Identify and correct potential errors during runs.
• Set up/adjust presses for each job and monitor quality.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Maintain logs and paperwork related to production.
