milkrite | InterPuls in Johnson Creek, WI is hiring a Press Operator to manufacture rubber components used in dairy equipment. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with day shift hours and a modest shift premium. You will operate molding presses, inspect parts, trim, and help keep production running safely.

This position requires standing and walking for the entire shift, frequent use of hands, and occasional lifting of more than 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
This is a manufacturing environment where temperatures can vary seasonally, machinery is operating throughout the shift, and employees may occasionally be exposed to grease, oil, humidity, vibration, and moderate to loud noise.
