Job summary

CCL Industries is seeking a candidate for our MakeReady Team on the 3rd shift in Lumberton, New Jersey. Work hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11pm to 7am, with a base hourly rate of $19.00. A 15% shift differential will be paid in addition to the hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with previous shift/supervisor on current press status
• Monitor schedule for changes and most efficient run order when possible
• Fill out and place station print process and tooling cards in print units
• Pull tooling and stage next job at press
• Ensure all stock needed is staged at press and load rolls as needed
• Check to see that all inks, coatings, solvents and materials are at press
• Stock press supplies
• Changeover presses along with operator with an emphasis on safety and speed
• Hang rolls of stock as needed
• Top off inks and coatings
• Check viscosities, if applicable
• Clean parts, rollers and rebuild chambers and squeegees
• Cover presses through breaks and lunches
• Communicate with supervisor on any needed spec changes or updates
• Along with operator, pull all tooling, inks, and materials from prior job
• Clean all parts, rollers off-line
• Organize and clean workbench, empty trash, fill solvent bottles
• Dispatch team on multi press changeovers to be the most efficient
