Alliance Laundry Systems in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, seeks a Team Leader for the Plastics department to coach 5–10 team members on the 3rd shift. This role emphasizes safety, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong shift communications.

You will apply leader standard work to develop talent, ensure adherence to procedures, and collaborate with Group Leaders to meet line goals and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
• People-centric mentality with servant leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Train new team members in their area/zone.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are used as required.
• Update KPI’s and other metrics for the area/zone.
• Hold team members accountable for standardized work and safety.
• Communicate safety, quality, HR updates and line goals in daily pre-shift meetings.
• Support Continuous Improvement through team ideas.
• Escalate production issues to Group Leaders.
• Maintain shift-to-shift communications with other Team Leaders and Group Leaders.
