QPS Employment Group is seeking an Operator for a plastics manufacturing facility in Cuba City, Wisconsin. The role involves operating, inspecting, and reworking molding processes to ensure high-quality parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and the ability to work in a warm environment. It offers a 3rd shift with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for hands-on skill development.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manufacturing, rework, and inspection operations necessary to produce an acceptable product.
• Remain at the workstation unless relieved by an authorized employee or unless assigned job requires the employee to move between workstations.
• Watch molds for proper operation and ensure no stringing or build up; load inserts and trim flash as required.
• Print, assemble, sort, drill, or gauge parts as required.
• Maintain standard cycles; report water or oil leaks.
• Watch and report safety malfunctions and equipment issues.
• Follow instructions and communicate with relieving operator.
• Perform inspector functions and packaging/labeling as instructed.
• Review posted information on part quality, packaging, and safety.
