Job summary

MUM Industries is seeking an Entry Level 3rd Shift Plastic Process Line Operator at our Mentor, OH facility. The role focuses on operating the automatic inserting machine, loading products, and ensuring correct materials are used according to the BOM and routers.

You will inspect outputs for quality, complete verification sheets, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM, with starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Operate automatic inserting machine.
• Read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater.

HOURS

MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 7:30PM-5:00AM.

STARTING PAY $16.00/HR

Responsibilities

• Able to operate Automatic inserting machine
• Loading the bowls with the correct product.
• Place products into the fixtures properly.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Visual inspect to ensure parts meet standards of expectations; utilizing gauges as necessary.
• Process verification and inspection sheets completed as required.
• Must be able to use hands and arms manually when:
• Moving materials and products.
• Operating the automatic inserting machine.
• Able to read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers.
• Must know what components are, in relation to the Bill of Materials.
• Must be able to verify product based on Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Must be able to verify product with drawings (Where applicable).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater.
