Daniels Health in Sturtevant, WI seeks a Plant Supervisor to lead sterilization operations on a 3rd shift, onsite. You will supervise floor staff, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with a collaborative team.

Your role includes maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and delivering QA training to meet performance targets in a health-focused medical waste operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plant, warehouse, or related leadership roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform minor repairs.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety/regulatory guidelines.
• Proven track record in process and procedure improvement.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 300 lbs.
• Ability to pass medical exam, drug screen, police clearance, and references.
• Effective team leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, and development of shift staff on the floor.
• Conduct quality checks on containers and QA training aligned with metrics.
• Monitor plant equipment, perform minor repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering; provide analysis to leadership.
• Drive operational efficiency through process mapping and time studies.
• Oversee ISO, AQIS, and OSHA compliance; maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate across teams to align goals and updates.
• Allocate resources to meet shift objectives, including scheduling.
• Foster a professional, customer-focused team culture; support reviews.
