Zinpro Corporation in Garner, IA is seeking a Plant Operator for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am). You will manufacture Zinpro products in accordance with production schedules, aiming to meet volume, cost, and quality targets while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Control, operate, and maintain automated production machinery that blends, mixes, processes, dries, fills, and packages products.
• Operate equipment such as reactors, dryers, blenders, baggers, and material handling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving and warehousing tasks.
• Collect data and samples in compliance with production, regulatory, and feed safety requirements.
• Identify and disposition nonconforming materials and finished goods.
