Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill's Pet Nutrition plant in Clinton, OK seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe operation, repair and changeovers of production equipment. You’ll support safety, reliability, productivity, and quality while collaborating with operators and engineers to meet Uptime targets.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, SAP work orders, and continuous improvement in a GMP environment, with a sign-on bonus and internal referral program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Practical knowledge of basic maintenance shop equipment.
• Problem assessment, problem solving and basic math skills.
• Intermediate computer skills in Google suite and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Review schematics and test specifications during service.
• Support production and operators to improve line performance.
• Participate in changeovers and ensure safety/compliance.
• Complete work orders in SAP and document results.
