Thrive Freeze Dry, a leading freeze-dried foods producer, is hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician for our Oak Creek, WI facility. This full-time, 3rd shift (6pm–6am, 2-2-3) role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires a high school diploma/GED with mechanical inclination and 4+ years of manufacturing experience.

You will install, troubleshoot and maintain production equipment, perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and HVAC systems, and support safety and

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and mechanical inclination.
• Associates in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance desirable.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Diagnose problems and perform part replacements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and some plumbing/carpentry tasks.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
