Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree with 3+ years manufacturing ops experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations and quality systems
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing preferred
• Preferred fields of study: Engineering, Science, or Business, or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and output goals
• Provide supportive, effective leadership that develops team members and builds a culture of continuous improvement
