TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Microsection (Dry-Lab) Technician to inspect plated thru-hole quality on in-process and finished PCB products to customer specifications.

The role focuses on meticulous measurement, documentation, and data reporting in a manufacturing setting. You will interpret prints, evaluate thicknesses, operate grinding and polishing equipment, and maintain accuracy while adhering to safety and process procedures.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
• Read blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures.
• Follow all safety measures.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret customer print requirements.
• Evaluate dielectric thickness, plasma etchback, copper plating thickness and trace widths.
• Set up, grind and polish sections.
• Operate metallurgical microscope, grinding equipment, and polishing equipment.
• Read, record, analyze and report all data accurately.
• Maintain a high attention to detail.
• Maintain accept/reject disposition and follow procedures.
• Complete departmental documentation and cross-train as needed.
