Job summary

EnerSys Energy Products Inc in Springfield, MO is seeking a Plant 1 Pasting Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thur, 9:45pm-6:20am) to support continuous line production by pasting and stacking quality grid plates.

Responsibilities include setup/changeover, maintaining quality, clearing jams, and making machine adjustments; forklift license required, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Valid forklift driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment set-up/changeover configurations.
• Paste quality plates/grids to current production standards.
• Observe pasting operation and clear jams as required.
• Maintain control of product quality.
• Make necessary machine adjustments.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
• All other duties as assigned.
