Job Title: Converting Operator - Tier One

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 10:45pm-7:00am

Location: Sussex, WI

General Purpose of Job

Responsible for safe & efficient operation of assigned converting machine(s), ensuring product quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work safely and conduct visual inspections to prevent non-conforming products and waste.
• Meet or exceed production standards.
• Perform housekeeping and quality audits.
• Record quality defects and production data accurately.
• Read and interpret work instructions and documents.
• Pack, palletize, and ship goods.
• Maintain supplies and communicate shift handoffs.
• Participate in 5S program and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling 30 lbs.
• Able to work on foot for extended periods.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of work history preferred.
