Job summary

Welch Packaging is seeking a production-focused team member to operate in a 11pm–7am shift, Sunday through Thursday, with a $2.00 shift differential. You will follow safety and quality procedures to meet targeted build rates, maintain cleanliness, and work as part of a team in a loud manufacturing environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 8–10 hours, and adapting to fast-paced conditions. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure products are built to spec and 100% accurate.
• Maintain high productivity to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the plant.
• Work as a team with all facility members.
• Assemble, stack, wrap, staple, glue, sticker, and tape boxes as needed.

Essential Functions

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant
• Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Day to day responsibilities may include some or all of the following assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

Requirements/Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.
