Advance Services, Inc. in St. Charles, IL is hiring 3rd Shift Packers to join a clean, safe, team-oriented environment. Night shift runs 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends, offering $18.00/hour and a temp-to-hire path.

Responsibilities include inspecting, trimming, and packaging finished products, assembling cartons, checking labeling, and monitoring production lines. No prior experience required; training is provided to help you grow with the company.
