Job summary

Altium Packaging in Arden, NC is seeking a Production/Packaging Associate I to operate on the 3rd shift, ensuring safe and efficient production. Ideal candidates will have basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and complete the required Altium training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects bottle quality during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintains clean, organized workstations and restocks supplies as needed.
