Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Packaging Specialist in Kent, WA to support multiple positions on the production line during the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9:30 pm–6:00 am). The role involves counting, stacking, and packing products, while maintaining GMP, safety, and quality standards.

The position requires food manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to teamwork and reliable attendance. Temporary assignment with benefits available through Kelly.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing is required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through production positions on the line as needed.
• Accurately count and layer products in boxes.
• Monitor conveyor flow and quality, assist with packaging.
• Perform quality checks, including metal detector checkpoints.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and report concerns.
• Stack boxes on pallets, operate taping machines and cartoners.
• Apply pack codes and labels per production requirements.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to safety rules.
• Work overtime as required and perform other duties.
