3+ years of maintenance experience across packaging and process equipment.
High school diploma or GED.
Massachusetts Steam Plant Operate Engineering License; training available if not licensed.
Ability to pass the Standard Timing Model mechanical test with 60% or better.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair plant systems; identify root causes and fix them fast.
Operate, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging machinery.
Apply pump theory to diagnose and repair pumps.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic systems.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems.
Interpret electrical schematics to guide repairs; work on low- and high-voltage circuits.
Diagnose electric motors, motor controls, and device controls.
Service PLC-controlled and solid-state equipment; weld and solder as needed.
Source and order parts using manufacturer manuals and prints.
