Ken’s Foods, Inc. is seeking experienced Maintenance “B” Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and keep equipment running in an on-site Indiana plant. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of maintenance experience with automated packaging equipment, conveyors, electrical systems, sensors, and related gear.

Starting pay is $30.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential, paid weekly. Learn and grow with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork in a temperature-controlled manufacturing

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsabilidades

• Actively pursue and correct problems with components and systems throughout the facility.
• Operate, troubleshoot and repair automated packaging machinery.
• Read basic electrical schematics and work safely with low and high voltage circuits.
• Diagnose minor electric motor, motor control and device control problems.
• Welding (gas and arc) and soldering as needed.
• Identify and order parts from manufacturers' manuals and prints.
• Communicate oral and written instructions clearly.
• Complete the Standard Timing Model mechanical test with a score of 40% or better.
