Job summary

Pures Food Specialties LLC is seeking a packaging operator to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe, quality production aligned with food safety policies. The role requires following GMP, allergen controls, and HACCP guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Must be able to communicate with others as well as management.
• Must understand FDA guidelines and company policies.
• Mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safe production.
• Follow GMP, allergen controls, HACCP and SQF requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Report food safety and quality issues to supervisor.
• Assist with shifts and support other departments as needed.
