Job summary

Altium Packaging in Buena Park, CA is hiring an entry level Production Packaging Associate to properly package materials and finished products on a 8hr-3rd Shift. You will load, move material, and operate packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, monitoring lines, and maintaining clean, organized workstations. Overtime may be required to meet business needs; benefits and a culture focused on our Guiding Principles are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Pick up dropped bottles from production floor and place into designated bins.
• Place discarded bottles into grinder, if applicable.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
