Overview

Premier ProduceOne, a leader in food service distribution, is hiring full-time 3rd Shift Order Selectors / Pickers to join our warehouse team in Cleveland. If you’re detail-focused, dependable, and have experience operating warehouse equipment, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

• Training pay: $20/hour until piece pay begins
• Performance-based pay: $0.25 per case picked
• Typical earnings: $175–$350 per shift
• Schedule: 5 days/week, 3rd shift
• Start time: 7:00 PM
• Average shift length: 8.5 hours (some shorter, some longer)

What You’ll Do

• Use RF scanners (ring-finger style) to pick orders accurately
• Move product weighing 10–70 lbs throughout your shift
• Work on your feet in a refrigerated environment
• Operate tow-motors and stand-up forklifts
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines in English

Qualifications

• Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners
• Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10–50 pounds
• Work on your feet throughout the shift in a refrigerated environment
• Must be 18 years of age
• Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail
• Experience operating tow-motors/forklifts is helpful
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages
• Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift
• Must be able to pass a drug screen test
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to read English
