Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for a 3rd shift (Fri-Mon, 10:00pm-8:30am) in Council Bluffs, IA. You will lead staff, establish schedules, and drive engagement while ensuring policies are followed.

The role emphasizes maintaining high morale, safety training, and strong communication with onsite customers and partners to optimize daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules, assign jobs and train staff.
• Guide, counsel and encourage employees; improve potential and champion high standards.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with onsite customers and other key partners.
• Provide a safe and secure work environment through training and safety inspections.
• Assist with evaluating employee performance, providing written and verbal feedback.
• Implement and carry out all company policies, procedures and standards.
