Job summary

Norfolk Iron and Metal Co. in Greeley, CO is seeking an Office Clerk for the 3rd shift (Midnight - 8 AM, Tue-Sat). You will handle packing lists, billing, and warehouse coordination, ensuring accurate paperwork and timely communication with drivers.

The role offers $18.50-$27.00 per hour with quarterly bonus potential, immediate PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package including company-paid employee premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office/clerical experience a plus.
• Work independently.
• Confident with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work with a variety of people.
• AS400 and TMW knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure packing list is accurate and complete by verifying heat numbers, tag numbers and piece counts.
• Generates a bill of lading for drivers and verifies information against driver packing list.
• Invoice customers.
• Assist in locating material in warehouse as needed
• Weigh in commercial carriers and prints receiving report for warehouse personnel.
• Ensure the accuracy of all paperwork including packing lists, receiving reports, stock transfer forms, etc. and report any discrepancies to warehouse supervisor.
• Will be in office and warehouse throughout the shift
• Other duties as directed by management.
