This office-based role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and reliable communication with drivers and the operations team. The position involves processing delivered paperwork, auditing documents, and ensuring drivers have the necessary forms/tools to perform their routes.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years industry experience.
• Prior dispatch/route management experience is a plus; logistics/manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Be highly organized, responsible and dependable to solve problems under pressure and audit paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Process route/driver paperwork.
• Effectively manage drivers using current company policies and procedures.
• Dispatch drivers to and from facility while managing driver routes.
