Job summary

The H-J Family of Companies in High Ridge, Missouri, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, and improve production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. The role involves training technicians, following SOPs, and assisting with facilities maintenance.

Shifts are 3rd shift, M-TH, 4x10 hours (8:15 pm – 6:45 am) with overtime as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit-sharing, paid holidays and vacation, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a multi-craft industrial maintenance technician.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment including PLC machines.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and improvements.
• Read blueprints and schematics to service machinery and assist with general labor.
• Maintain and improve existing equipment and help design new machinery.
• Troubleshoot motor control panels (230V-480V 3-phase).
