Job summary

Intek Plastics is hiring for a full-time Molding Operator on the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This role supports manufacturing, packaging, and quality monitoring of plastic parts, working closely with shift leaders, mold technicians, and quality staff to ensure safe and efficient production.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0–3 months of related manufacturing experience (training provided).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred (training provided).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Check in with shift leader or mold technician to confirm daily assignments.
• Communicate with previous shift operator to understand job status and issues.
• Ask questions and request assistance when needed to ensure proper operation.
• Complete required documentation (shift reports, route sheets, etc.).
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
