This role offers a range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, skills, and location.

We are hiring a 3rd shift Mill Operator. We offer competitive starting pay plus shift differential when applicable. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that promotes from within, INX International is the right place for you.

The person in this role will tend mills safely and efficiently to grind raw materials for manufacturing high-quality printing ink, performing duties such as:

• Following batch instructions to weigh, charge, and mix inks
• Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
• Monitoring temperature and mix speeds, adjusting as needed
• Following procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill rates
• Filtering, packaging, and labeling inks
• Making QC adjustments as instructed
• Weighing raw materials for ink manufacturing
• Operating mixers safely to blend raw materials
• Packaging finished products
• Operating a forklift

Qualifications

To perform your job effectively, you should:

• Collaborate with R&D and Production Managers, using research skills to assess product success and suggest process improvements
• Have a High School diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience
• Possess good math and basic computer skills
• Pay attention to detail
• Be reliable for assigned shifts
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed
• Work alongside scheduling, Quality, and Maintenance teams, contributing to sustainability
• Demonstrate excellent attendance
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in the Ink Industry
• Background in Mill and Pump filter industries
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience
• Strong Autonomous Maintenance background
• Forklift certification
