High Point & Affiliated Organizations in Brockton, MA is seeking a Mental Health Specialist for the 3rd shift to support substance use and mental health treatment programs. You will supervise patients, facilitate groups, and assist with admissions and discharges on the 11pm–7:30am shift.

Required is a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree in health or human services preferred. Compensation is $21–$26 per hour, with full- and part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or human services field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain on hire.
• De-escalation training certification or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• Facilitate groups and document promptly.
• Monitor and supervise patients during meals and activities.
• Provide direct supervision to support safety and treatment goals.
• Assist with admissions and discharges and complete paperwork.
