Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related science with training.
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate standard laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to high complexity testing essential to patient care.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results accurately.
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with hazards while maintaining safety.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
