You will work in a safe, fast-paced plant environment on turnkey projects, lead parts staging, and collaborate with Maintenance Leads to minimize downtime while ensuring quality products for caregivers and

Qualifications

• Minimum: 1-year certificate or 3 years related experience.
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service production machines and presses.
• Perform preventive maintenance and TPM-related tasks.
• Lead pre-staging of maintenance parts and coordinate with Production.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
