Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland is currently hiring Assembly for the 3rd shift. Starting pay $19.00/hour plus $3 shift premium, with benefits on day 1 and 401(k) with match. The role emphasizes assembling to print specs, document parts receipt, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and being able to work in a team, with basic math and use of measuring tools. Onsite role with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry level position.
• Interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.
• Mechanically inclined with good math skills.
• Use basic measuring devices, including tape measure, micrometers and calipers.
• Operate power shop equipment.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build assemblies to print specifications to meet required due dates adhering to all ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Receive and document receipt of component parts i.e., screw, stem cover, housing tube, actuator tube and boot to work cell.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
