Job summary

AprilAire is seeking a Regular, Full-Time 3rd Shift Assembler for its Poynette, WI facility to read instructions and assemble parts for quality products.

Shift runs Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am. Pay is $15.18/hour base plus shift premium and production incentives; avg earnings range $22–$28/hour. Candidates should stand, bend, reach and use hand/measuring tools safely on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding instructions to assemble parts.
• Spotting issues and solving problems to ensure quality.
• Building teamwork on the production floor.
• Familiarity with assembly, hand, and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Ability to stand, bend and reach to perform tasks safely.
