Job summary

AprilAire is hiring Temporary, Full-Time 1st Shift Assemblers at our Poynette, WI facility to join a team focused on healthy air solutions. You will read instructions and hand-assemble products, stand and reach at the workstation, and collaborate with teammates to build multiple product lines.

Pay starts at $15.18/hr base plus incentives, totaling roughly $19–26+ per hour; shifts run Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm.

Qualifications

• Experience with assembly and measuring tools.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic.
