Job summary

Plastic Recycling Inc. is seeking a reliable Material Handler for the 3rd shift (11PM - 7:30AM, Monday–Friday) in Indianapolis, IN. You will move raw materials, recycled plastics, and finished products throughout the plant, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory records.

The role requires 1+ years in material handling, ability to operate forklifts, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs and ERP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts; certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials and finished goods within the plant using forklifts or other equipment.
• Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Stage materials for production according to schedules provided by the Material Movement Manager.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols for material handling and equipment operation.
• Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
