Job summary

Steele Solutions Inc. is seeking a Material Handling Tech L1 for the 3rd shift in Waupaca, WI. Under supervision, you will operate a forklift to move material, load/unload, and assist with shop floor material flow while meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using an overhead crane, maintaining safety and PPE, and collaborating with teammates. High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-directional forklift to move material.
• Load and unload material onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Utilize an overhead crane.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and wear PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively.
