Job summary

Litehouse Foods is seeking a motivated Material Handler II for the Lowell, MI facility. You will operate forklifts, pick and stack orders, and maintain inventory with scanners and internal systems.

This 3rd shift position offers starting pay of $19.97/hr plus a $3/hr shift differential, with strong benefits and opportunities for advancement within a 100% employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience; certification available if needed.
• Comfortable working in a cool, refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely.
• Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems.
• Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties.
• Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
