Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN seeks a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to set up and run production equipment manufacturing components for premium fitness gear. Earn a $2.00/hour shift differential, enjoy a four-day week (Mon-Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM), and access an on-site fitness center with overtime opportunities.

Base pay ranges from $20.50 to $23.63 per hour, plus eligibility for a Production Bonus Plan and comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) with 4% match,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience or training in metal fabrication preferred.
Ability to read and understand instructions and production docs in English.

Responsibilities

Perform simple setups and operate equipment (manual punch press, shears, saws, drill press, timesaver, wash, tumbler).
Inspect parts to verify tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep area clean.
