MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support daily environmental operations at a customer site on third shift (10:00pm–6:30am), with weekends and overtime as required.

You will safely collect, sort, and recycle materials, operate forklifts and recycling equipment, and assist with continuous improvement efforts while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school accepted.
• Understanding of basic mechanical concepts and equipment operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manufacturing or industrial work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Physically demanding manual labor throughout the day.
• Able to work in confined spaces and wear PPE as required.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites and work extended shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Safely collect, sort, handle, and recycle materials per requirements.
• Operate forklifts, tuggers, carts and other handling equipment.
• Operate balers, foam densifiers and recycling equipment with safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection records to support compliance.
• Assist Environmental Project Supervisor with daily site operations.
• Support supplier visits, customer audits, and inspections.
• Help implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate work activities and guide team members as needed.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Complete MPW HR, Health & Safety, and customer training programs.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
