Position:

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a 3rd shift Material Handler for our client located in the Sturbridge, MA area.

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and storing incoming raw materials, maintaining documentation, releasing, and transporting materials to the production area.
2. Releasing and transporting raw materials and supplies to the production area.
3. Maintaining and entering data for required documentation.
4. Requires forklift training.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Forklift training a plus; must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of material handling experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events.
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Other Information:

• 3rd shift generally from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime.
• Training on 1st shift required.
• Temp-to-hire position.
• Compensation: $18-29/hr, BOE + 15% shift differential.
