Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Forklift license/certification required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of production scheduling is a plus.
• Preference for warehouse experience handling ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Move and store product by lot and number using forklift or hand lift.
• Prepare inventory reports and monitor by lot/product.
• Communicate with shift managers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain familiarity with Simmons operating systems and follow quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment servicing and notify maintenance of issues.
• Participate in team development and adhere to BEST practices.
• Travel: uses company vehicles within a 60 mile radius.
