Job summary

Tru Vue, located in Faribault, MN, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM). Starting pay is $22.50 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and learn new equipment.
• Comfort with computers and data entry.
• Attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and coating equipment.
• Adjust equipment and process settings to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform quality checks and test materials.
• Troubleshoot equipment and help identify the cause of production or quality issues.
• Monitor product quality and help reduce scrap and waste.
• Record production, quality, and process information accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and written work instructions.
• Perform routine equipment checks and assist with basic maintenance.
• Work with Maintenance, Quality, Supervisors, and other technicians to solve problems.
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects.
• Help train and support other team members.
• Cross train in different areas of the production process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
