The role requires a HS diploma or GED (or 4+ years manufacturing), willingness to learn, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic MS Office skills. Prior plastics processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong discipline for safety, quality, and consistency.
• Document defects and escalate issues to protect product quality.
• Adapt to evolving team structures and schedules.
• Develop mechanical understanding of extrusion process.
• Maintain organized workspaces for cleaning and inspection.
• Support film extrusion operations from tooling changes to metrology testing.
• Perform material handling for raw materials, finished goods, and WIP.
